Your Day-to-day as a Success Manager

This job may be right for you if you love the idea of:

  • Working with hospitality professionals to help them grow their businesses and generate more revenue.
  • Implementing strategies that drive bookings and results.
  • Managing campaigns from concept to launch.
  • Debriefing and task management/delegation after meetings.
  • Managing team and client accountability.
  • Identifying growth opportunities for clients.
  • Building and maintaining long-term relationships.
  • Detecting challenges and bringing these to the table.
  • Staying updated on all things Digital Strategy and Tourism.

What we need from you

To be the best possible match for this position, you need:

  • Fluency in English (spoken and written).
    If you also know Dutch and Spanish you get bonus points!
  • Experience or knowledge of platforms such as Google Ads, Analytics, Search Console, Meta Business Suite.
  • Basic knowledge and interest in the Hospitality Industry.
  • Strong Analytical and Data Interpretation skills to help make informed decisions.
  • An eye for detail, and a drive for research.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work effectively as a team player, and commitment to achieving and surpassing goals.
  • Exceptional Time Management skills to streamline workflows and deliver results.
